Energy Graduate.
Job description:
Supporting organisations with achieving energy savings and emission reduction targets across the business.
Work background:
Engineering related jobs in Christchurch as part of the re-build after the earthquakes and in Tonga on roading projects. I have also worked at the Department of Conservation for the summer. I'm now working at Kiwirail.
Favourite part of job:
Working across the business with three main units – Rail, Facilities and Interislander.
What I am working on now:
Identifying energy saving opportunities at our facilities across our network and investigating Kiwirail’s carbon pathway to 2050.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Energy Management (Hons) from University of Otago.
Interests outside work:
Hikes, live music gigs, hanging out with family and friends.
